Not as good as you use to be

I have used turbo tax for over 20 years. This year was the absolute worse-- i could not access none of the past 2 years of tax returns on my computer-- got an error message and said it couldnt load. The link for the solution said it was no longer there. I signed in to intuit and it no longer had my tax records there. Then there was the inconvenience of adding my bank account information a second time for the state return. Then there was the annoying disclaimers and agreements i kept having to type my name and date for and selecting I agree-- it was at least twice. As i mentioned earlier i have been using turbo tax for over 20 years-- this my well be the last year i use this software and service. it sucked that much.

Easy to use and methodical. Error checks were easy to address by going to the Forms mode where areas were highlighted plus red flag was on side bar list. When errors were corrected,the red flag disappeared..no that's software doing the work in real time!!
