It did everything I needed it to do. It was easy to follow. It allowed you to do it in stages, start and stop, go back to sections and add things that were missed (ie., additional donations).

I struggled with where to find my input but went to "search" and "forms" and fount my answer sooo, it was real easy to maneuver through the input process.

Turbo Tax - payment issue

I had some difficulty getting to to proper place to pay for e-filing a state return. On my second call to the service center, I finally got the correct help to solve my issue.
