A bit more confusing this year

After using TurboTax for a number of years, this is the first year I really felt at a loss in some of the deduction areas. The way the program assumes what I want to see reported on Schedule A is not at all friendly and only explained in small print in the Help box.

It is a good program with little flexibility

It is a program that I have used for many years. The fact is that it is unintuitive with regards to SAVING A RETURN PART WAY through the inputing of information process and being able to continue working exactly where I left off. If there is an easy way to know that I would love to know about it. Additionally, saving my COMPLETED RETURN is confusing because it associates it with the PRINT function. I would rather have the two separated.

Turbo Tax is great!!

The Turbo tax product is easy to understand and, where questions may arise as the tax form
progresses there is plenty of help both printed and live when necessary. I have used Turbo tax to do my taxes for several years now - even when I was running my own small business - and I was always able to complete the forms correctly and in a timely manner. I had ease of mind because I knew that help was just around the corner should I need it. Thanks for a terrific product!!

Very, very long time user. I enjoy how clean the program runs and works through all the details. So very complete, that I really like. Do like the "learn" tabs as they explain my fears completely. Even have made a call which was a good experience. Like how the program stays updated
