Updates Not Do What They Say? and Other's

Each update ends with "Resume/restart Turbo Tax" It NEVER does that. Why? ALL Header info, i.e. names of taxpayers etc, should be left blank on STATE returns! Each year I have to change all the headers because a different person is filing the state tax. IT IS A PAIN to do this, not what I'm paying for!

Turbo Tax Reliable But

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I have always found it reliable, albeit my taxes are rather simple. However, this year I purchased a second home and Turbo Tax DID NOT make simple to enter the related deductions. I think it needs to expanded and simplified.

Can't believe $25 charge for state filling

OK but glitches in activation key entry etc

Once it loaded and activated was fine as usual. I am a long time TurboTax user
There were issues with entering the activation key and later paying for Audit protection and state efile. (I run Windows 10 latest version- new notebook purchased Dec 2020) - It hung up on the activation key screen -I had to change the screen resolutions to 800x600 (as on the forums) and it magically worked. Very surprised there are not patches to fix this in the auto updates (I ran this in March/April 2021....)
