I've been using TurboTax for the last 4 years. I've compared it with the CPA I used to go to and it doesn't get me anymore or any less than the CPA. I've satisfied it gets me the most money.

I am a loyal user of Turbo Tax. It is easy to follow and I appreciate the step by step process. I also appreciate that you can populate data from the prior year whish saves time. I highly recommend!!

Hidden fees

The price you pay at the store does not include the additional fee charged at the end. It is not what it says on the back of the box.

TURBO TAX IS AWESOME!!

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX AND THERE ARE INSTANCES LIKE HICCUPS. I HAD PROBLEMS SAVING MY DOC SECURED COZ IT WILL NOT LET ME. IT HAPPENS BEFORE SO I HOPE THIS WILL BE FIXED.

Glitches and crashes and bugs

Started with an error box. If I clicked to send it to Turbotax, the program crashed and couldn't be restarted. I had to reinstall by internet (and not use the CD I bought) to launch it again. Last year, it crashed when trying to file my state taxes and wouldn't reopen. It amazes me how crappy this product has become. Why can't it open and work reliably?
