Issues with Pop-Ups

First, I had issue with Download. After installation, you need to enter a code, but the pop-up window to enter the code would be blank. I have new Windows 10 laptop. I contacted live expert, and luckily he knew immediately what the issue was, that resolution had to be changed from default to 800 x 600, then pop-up worked. Then I could set the resolution back to default.
Second, I wanted to e-file state. It launches a pop-up to start payment process, but the pop-up window would not work. Nothing would happen when I clicked on Continue. I tried adjusting display to 800 x 600, but it still did not work. I saw online other people having similar issue and saw someone mention adjusting Scaling options. My computer was set to 125% - the recommended amount for Windows 10. I changed it to 100%, then the Continue button would work on the pop-up.
I think they need to seriously look at these pop-ups, and come up with a better design. Not working with the default display settings is unacceptable.

Turbo Tax is Terrific

Some of the tax returns I did were not accepted. Turbo Tax first emailed me and told me what happened and then helped me find the problem and fix it. Yay for us!
