Failure to impress

I have used turbotax in previous years and this version had a glitch that no one was able to provide a correction. Not impressed this year

Been using Turbo Tax for years

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, it is easy and it walks you through all the tax areas needed to file your taxes. It even checks and rechecks all the deductions to make sure that you receive the highest amount.

Turbo tax is good but, could be better. Someone at Turbo tax needs to use the program to do their taxes and improve the litthe glitches

Sometimes its hard to understand what it is asking for even with some explainations available. But generally I think its great to walk me thru doing my taxes myself. I have always used Turbo Tax and will continue to do so!
