Easy to use/ understand !

Was easy to use, especially if you use it every year. It imports info from last years return if still in your computer. Only thin I disliked was(new this year) I had to opt out of audit defense(45$) . It tried to sneak it in the end after I already said NO once !

Turbo tax was pretty ok on the Federal return. There are areas of explanation that are pretty vague for those of us who are not tax savvy. I felt let down on the state return. Turbo tax dropped the ball and left it up to the filer to figure out the states particular tax laws. It was frustrating and made me feel uneasy.

LOVE MY TURBO TAX

I have been filing with TURBO TAX for more than 10 years now. Easy, simple walk thru with plenty of explanations for questions. eFile is also easy and quick and once done I get follow ups with the status of the filing. Would not go anywhere else to do my taxes.

$25 fee for GA e-file was an unappreciated surprise.
Autosave was a good feature. Didn't lose info in a section when I had to back up to get prior info.

Love TurboTax but won't be able to use next year

I have been a TurboTax customer for many many years and am disappointed that I will have to use a different tax program next year because you will no longer be supporting MacOS Mojave. Hope you can figure out a way to support older Macs (and older Mac users) so you don't lose loyal customers.
