Trust TurboTax better than preparers.

I feel much more confident doing my taxes with TurboTax than using a tax preparer who is just plugging my info to a software program themselves. I have a unique dual employment status that few of them understand. I feel TurboTax navigates this and understands it better than tax preparers I have tried to use in the past.

Tubo Tax Is Awsome

I used the CD version of turbo tax for our tax preparation and also to do my son's tas preparation this year again. The process is user friendly and so easy to use! Each page walks you through every aspect of your taxes. The forms are updated frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information available. There's the option for importing W2 information which is so helpful! I really like how they review each page and give you suggestions on how o find the most effective tax breaks for your situation. It gives me a sense of comfort that everything is reviewed again when competed to find any possible errors. This year it did find some mistakes I made during my information input that would have caused e problems once filed and I was able to correct those prior to final submission! I also like the option of having a tax expert available to me for questions. I only wish I had started using turbo tax years ago instead of paying an accountant. I plan

Easy - but frustrating

Everything was going great until the e-file. The program asked for the 2019 AGI for each individual rather than the one amount for a couple filing jointly! SO, my return could not be e-filed.
