Problems with 2020 Version Turbo Tax CD

We had problems with this 2020 Taxes CD version. It's the first time since we started using Turbo Tax, which has been more than 15 y3ars. There seemed to be glitches that were found when first reviewed, mostly on the Federal forms, and kept coming up. Usually only one per review. When we finally got a full approval of both Federal & State, we submitted them via e-filing. Later that same day we got emails that both e-filings were rejected. This was after Turbo Tax found no more errors. Then we tried to figure out the reason. They said our "spouse" AGI was not correct. Directions we asked about were not helpful. We believe the information we saw online was only for virtual Turbo Tax, not for the program we purchased. There must have been program errors on the 2020 taxes version.

I paid for a tax program that will allow me to file to e-file and I have an extremely simple return and you advise that e-file isn't allow without any logical reason advising me why... it's absurd. I demand a credit back for you did not deliver what was promised!
