Still awesome!

Everything was smooth sailing until I accidentally put in my son's Schedule K-1. I didn't complete it at first knowing that I made the mistake, but after SmartCheck happened and showed errors, there's no option to just delete that incomplete form. I went online for help and luckily there's a similar question that was answered. Unfortunately at first I was not able to locate the Schedule K-1 using FORMS view to delete it since I did not know that I had to fix the errors first before it appears in FORMS view. Or incomplete form should still be displayed in forms view with option to delete. Other than that, smooth sailing. I still give it 5-Star!

I'm disappointed with Turbotax, which I've been using for 20 years. My main complaints are that a) they are *constantly* trying to upsell me to a fancier version that I don't need and that b) they charged me $25 to efile my state return only to tell me, after they took my money, that my return had to be filed by mail.

I had been paying for tax preparation for years. I started with Turbo Tax in 2014 and have never looked back. Simple walk through instructions help you learn about the tax changes each year. Easy to understand and quick.

Turbo Tax is a Tremendous Help

I really like how you made it much easier to deal with charity donations. Some of the requested information was hard to give, and I could not find the answer in the help windows. I have used Turbo Tax for 25 years, and plan to keep using it.
