I've been using Turbotax to do my returns for over 10 years now. As always a painless process to get the information entered and getting my maximum refund. Efiling is easy to do.

2020 TT Review

No engagements.
A little confusion in a few places where things weren't 100% clear.
Stimulus was a manual lookup situations which would be nice to avoid having to look up deposits in bank account - would be nice if TT was linked to that info directly to the IRS.

TurboTax is outstanding!

I've been using TurboTax for well over 20 years, and the program has always worked flawlessly. Before that, I filed on paper forms -- which is a process always prone to omissions of potential deductions as well as income I may have forgotten. I really like TurboTax's interview process, which ensures I don't miss anything.

Turbo Tax does not offer to submit amended tax online.
Turbo tax does not provide good explanation of terms used. It is easy to get lost in the translation. Turbo tax does not offer suggestion to increase tax refund.
