Easy to use, easy to install. Got a little worried in the beginning when the screen said ready to install and nothing happens for a good five minutes. Otherwise, good product.

I trust Turbo Tax

I like Turbo Tax because it makes it easy to import previous years of tax returns, it is a great user interface, and is familiar and easy to use. I just wish there was more help and explanations in every part of the process while stepping through the software. I am not a tax expert which means I do have questions. It would be nice to have "hover" information that pops up or quick click buttons that explains each and every section and every step even if it is thought to be obvious or mundane.

clean and quick

very very good. I'm a frequent user of Turbo Tax. It may be me, but I was a little confused at the filing phase. I use the California State file with "Deluxe" and I expected that the one (1) state form I used would be free and no other extra fees would be added either. I believed that the fee would be understood as part of the price of my buying the software. Apparently not so. I paid $25 for it.
If I am wrong and overpaid, obviously, I would appreciate you forwarding me the $25 back.

Turbo Tax walks you easily through the filing process with simple questions that you can answer without an accounting or law degree!
