Turbo Tax is easy to use.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and safe for submitting taxes. Since I've been using Turbo Tax I have had flawless Federal and State returns. A great product!

Changes frustrating on an excellent product

I have been a TurboTax user for years. I was frustrated last year when I could not automatically apply my overpayment to next year's taxes. This year I did some research and learned how to do that - it used to be an automatic option - BRING BACK THAT OPTION! Also, updates used to be applied automatically before I opened TurboTax each time. If that was a problem for some users, please have a message appear to tell me an update is available so I can install it when I want. As it happens, I got all the way to e-filing my federal return before I learned there were updates so I had to stop, find where to load updates, download and install it, then, AND ONLY THEN, I could efile.

The State refund charges to E-File so I opt to mail in my return.
there is NO option for this. So I have to edit the 540 form to add my Bank info for direct deposit! I will not pay $ 25 to make the state job easer. You need a 3rd option if you choose not to e-file
