Charging $40.00 additional!!!

Got to the end of the return and discovered that your charging $40.00 to e-file!!! I thought that service was included in my purchase price. This will be the last year using your product. Deceitful

Messed up my tax records!

My original filing of my partner's taxes was great, as usual. THEN the state made a correction to her unemployment AFTER I had already filed. When I re-opened my partner's return, there was an option for amending, but it doesn't allow you to access it. It only re-opened her original return. I did the editing for the stupid State's mistake, it changed her refund amount AND it saved it as the same document, OVERWRITING THE ORIGINAL. I also can't find an address to mail the amended copy to the IRS because the original was e-filed.

I love using TurboTax every year. Tax lingo can be so overwhelming and scary and I love that TurboTax breaks it down in to easy, understandable language and uses "yes or no" questions. I filed my taxes by paper for a long time and I'm never going back
