Turbo Tax 2020

This version of Turbo Tax had problems with my 2020 Windows 10 laptop. I had to call support to activate the software because of the display settings on my new laptop. I also problems viewing the payment screen to complete my efile payment.

The app is great; updates not so much

The app as usual does a great job of helping you gather, enter, and review your tax data. The update experience this year was worse than last year, when I had several failed updates. This year, every single update had to be manually downloaded and installed.

I had difficulty this year, I had to uninstall the program and dowload it again and re-install in order to get it to work.
