I've been filing with TurboTax for a while now. This year had the most hiccups. (hello, 2020). I Will continue using because it's so darn intuitive

Feel like a Beta tester

Just opened TurboTax application on 11 April and discovered ANOTHER update. Makes me wonder WHEN I should file when I see continuous updates/fixes. Filed my taxes a month ago. This happens every year. In the last update before I filed taxes for a family member, there was no blinking cursor when you clicked in a new field or window. So you had to check every time you entered your first character. Probably another bug. Instead of getting better every year, TurboTax is getting worse. Very disappointed. I guess I need to move on to another method.

Get out your magnifying glass

Don't remember having this problem in the past, but this year's version doesn't allow you to magnify the display, which would help the user see the extremely small font sizes used without being two feet from the screen.
