TurboTax makes it easy

Great questions to guide you through. I really appreciate the in-app explanations, as well as links to the TurboTax website to explain more lengthy situations. This product gets better each year, especially with explaining how things work. I like that it double checks some key situations with you along the way, to make sure you don't miss anything!

Turbo Tax is the only way to go!

Turbo tax is so very helpful with easy questions and ways to figure out to save me money. I was able to get the taxes finished in less than 2 hours this time even with letting Turbo Tax go through all the different options.

TurboTax is a good product

The product does a good job leading you through the necessary information to be sure your tax forms are prepared properly. I like how it includes information about the topics as you go. A few times the help links did not take me to the desired location. I also found that this year I seemed to have to click and scroll much more than in the past while using the Step-by-Step process. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

Still a few improvements needed

It would be FANTASTIC if you could separate State & Fed returns after completing all input, instead of having to start a new return, when needing to submit separate returns. Also, further simplifying of explanation &/or making them more concise, in simpler terms, instead of having to research through Community boards.

Always a great product. I've used it for the last 8 to 10 years. This year was frustrating. I got to the e-file section and it tried to force me to pay for Audit Defense with no apparent way to go on without paying for it. I wasted a lot of time before finally figuring it out.
