Consistent, Reliable Tax Preparation Program

I've been relying on TurboTax for over 30 years. The program gets better each year and the tax programmers are, somehow, miraculously, able to keep up with the Donkey Dance every year Congress decides that we Americans need to contribute a little more to the Greater Good. My hat's off to Intuit because you help me file the best Income Tax Return. Thanks!

After retiring this last year, I decided to jump back to TurboTax and was pleased with the result. App took me step by step through a lot of difficult transitions with an out of state move and changes into retirement.

Bummer 2020

For the first time I can remember, Turbo made an addition error on the final form. In the program window, it clearly states what my Fed refund should be but when you print the forms to file or for records or for transmission, the number is incorrect and no way to find where in this Turbo mess THEIR error is.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Works well. Would be nice to have a number to call if I have a problem. This year I have a problem and not sure where to go to get it solved.
