Cumbersome!

The final 'filing' phase was cumbersome and somewhat confusing in places. It added significant time to completing the tax form. SOMETHING THAT I DON'T NEED!

I've done taxes by hand (a LONG time ago!), through a CPA (expensive), and through TurboTax. Though the CPA is easier (just bring in that box of receipts), TurboTax is the easiest way I know to do it yourself.

Downloading Turbo Tax Took Forever

Getting Turbo Tax downloaded took more time than it did to do my return. After it was downloaded and I could start my tax return, the process was very good (typical for years past - I enjoy using your product, that's why I buy it every year). The long download cost you guys a rating star. Jim
