My 2020 tax return -experience

I found it to be very easy to use as always but had trouble getting in contact with a "live" support person for an issue with my account not a tax question.

Problems this year.

I have always enjoyed using the product until this year After two attempts I finally thought all was correct. Each attempt gave me a different amount although the same figures were entered except for a $25 charitable gift I discovered I had listed last year. The difference that I owed was over $200 . On the final attempt the $600 credit for the EIP payment I have not received appeared This resulted in a refund based on the higher tax payment. I filed electronically this year since I did not need to write a check, The filing was rejected because of a wrong number. You say it is my adjusted AGI. That is not the case. I have double checked this. It must be the pin number but you provide not information on how to correct this.
