if filing my state taxes are free if I mail them in WHY do you need to charge $25. why do you ask so many unrelated to taxes message. then when it asked me to sign in to intuit and didn't have my password it took for ever to get a temp code. I finally went with continue as guest

Love TurboTax but 2020 version was troublesome

As always TurboTax does a great job helping me through my taxes. I've been using it for 18 years now. Automatically populating information from the previous year saves a lot of time. This year's version, 2020, did give me some hassles with the updates, which failed each time, causing me to have to uninstall/reinstall twice. Never happened before and I'm running the same Windows OS version for the last couple years.

I Love My Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, I always feel confident they have the most update tax information when preparing my taxes. Turbo Tax covers every deduction or exemption. I love I don't have to find my prior years tax returns to complete the current year.
