Way to Go!

Have been using Turbo Tax since Government discontinued sending the forms by mail. It is such an easy software to use, and for me it's the best way to go. It takes you step by step, and makes it easy to go back to a prior page. I like the many opportunities to review and make changes to my entries. The only change I would suggest to the software is to state on the first page of the income section where you address the W-2, that the 1099-R (for retiree) is addressed or covered elsewhere in the income section.

Mostly Positive Experience

Have been using Turbo Tax for years, but this year experienced some issues because several of the prior years' forms no longer apply to my current situation. Could not figure out how to eliminate forms that were no longer required (ex: EE Business Expense)

Easy to use Hard to load

Had a really hard time loading the program. CD would not work and information to download was incorrect. Finally stumbled onto the correct website and got it loaded. Took over an hour to get started. Program was great to use as always.
