the formats and questions were easily understood , took 3 hours to execute . The final "get ready to file " portion was somewhat tedious .

Had some difficulty at first getting Tax pros to talk about returns. Once this was done, but it took some time and several calls, the Pros were wonderful, helpful and patient

I always use the step by step walk through. If you enter information in the correct place you have no problem with the flow.
This year I did have to phone a friend. The person I spoke with was very helpful and he stayed on the phone with me until the information was complete.
