Easy to use. Comprehensive. I prefer to use Turbo Tax. All those tax prep services are using essentially the same software, and will charge you big bucks for the simplest returns.

I wish it was easier to transfer prior tax info

I like the layout and the ease of navigating through my tax information. I wish there was a quicker way to determine that the standard deduction is best for me. I also wish there was a better way to transfer prior tax info so I don't have to re-enter everything every year if I am using a different computer than the prior year.

Great Product - needs some changes

Easy to use. Some suggested improvements from a long time customer:
Should be able to alphabetize the long list of Charitable Donations
under 'Deductions & Credits' section, on the "Review All Your Charities' page.
It would be so much easier to go from my spreadsheet record into TTax.
OF COURSE IT WOULD BE EVEN MORE USEFUL TO 'COPY' FROM AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET DIRECTLY INTO TTAX!

In Step-by-step, for federal refund due, option of putting towards next year's (estimated) taxes NOT PRESENT - SHOULD BE AN OPTION "All" if due a refund (instead of an April 15 Est Pmt)
Would like the option of exact amounts rather than TTax rounding entries to the nearest dollar. Always mismatches (slightly) my EXCEL spreadsheet data.
Minor, but annoying :) -- My State (Maryland) Info Worksheet carries over a WRONG telephone number from the Federal Info Wks for my spouse, AND I CAN NOT CHANGE IT since Fed form onlt has taxpayer's telephone number.
