TurboTax Has Deteriorated

I have been using Intuit TTax almost from the very first version and have generally been fully satisfied when I checked the results of the software against my own direct computations. Not this year. The inaccuracies are frequent and annoying -- in five places there were simple, inexplicable arithmetic errors. Ultimately, I had to pay $50 extra in tax as a consequence of these software flaws. But because I could not override the computed values or even find out why they would have been differently calculated, I went ahead and paid the IRS. It is sufficiently irritating that I will be looking into alternatives next year.

Great way to do taxes

We worked with Allen and he was extremely helpful. He spent as much time that was needed and was very supportive. We had an issue regarding Mortgage Credit Certificate and he helped us. Thanks Allen!
