Better proofing needed

I've used TurboTax for 20+ years and have been more frustrated this year than ever. On one page (entering overall expenses for the home), I couldn't even SEE the numbers I was entering, no matter how I adjusted the screen. During final review, I was shown an empty box in a form section I didn't even need! I'm honestly not sure whether I will use TurboTax next year or revert to filling out all the tax forms the old-fashioned way.

Not only did I purchase the disk to file then I am expected to pay more fees to file through state, then get charged even more feed for e-filing. I have simple taxes and every $ counts. Forget it. Next year I'll do my own taxes.

The Only Tax Product I Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. They walk you through every step, every form you need and those you don't need. It's fast and easy. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for filing Federal and State returns.
