Turbo Tax was great!

Turbo Tax was very easy to use from start to finish. I've been using this software to prepare my personal taxes for over 20 years. Great product. The enhancements each year have been great I enjoy the product each year. Keep up the good work.

Still really good, but ...

Been using the program for 20 years. Overall it continues to be is quite good, and addresses most issues well. However, there is continues to need to be a place where a user/taxpayer statement can be included as part of the return. 2020 was a difficult year, and there is not sufficient assistance relating to Net Operating Losses. And the search function is not adequately user friendly and not sufficiently broad.
