Been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Love it! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only thing simpler would be of the Government went to a flat-tax system.

All was good until the charge for e-filing for state.I assume that when you say 1 free state it would include e-filing. It left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Worst Experience in Years!

I have used TurboTax for years, and this year was horrible. There were no options to change selections after the fact. I had to completely erase the file and start from scratch. Then, once everything was complete, it did not clearly indicate that there was an additional fee to e-file the state return. Frustrating and ridiculous, wasted two and a half hours navigating poorly designed software with bad communication windows. I will be looking for a better option for next year!

My Experience with Turbotax

We did not take our RMDs this year, but will next year. I don't know how to print the blank vouchers for next year. I had rather make quarterly payments than have to pay it all at the end of next year. Why is it so hard to communicate with you? Don't you have live chat people who can help? also, why can't tax return be printed easily? I've had to get help last two years.
