First time I've had problems

I have used Turbo Tax for a LOT of years now and never have any problems...until this year. I received my CD, loaded it into my computer and tried to run the program. It tried going to the activation screen, but kept hanging up. Finally I reached support who advised me to change my display settings to 800x600...sure enough it worked so I could input the License Code. Afterward, I was able to put my settings back to normal and continue using the program.
Another issue...I rarely ever complete my taxes in one sitting. Every time I tried to log back into the program by clicking the Turbo Tax icon, it would try to take me to the "activation" screen....forcing me to lower my screen settings, enter the code, then increase my screen settings in order to use the program.
Yes....these are rather minor issues....but I have never had this sort of problem in the past. Normally, I would give this program 5 stars....this year, I think they pulled it out of the oven before it was fully baked.

Turbo Tax is a good product, with one exception

Everything went well, although it would be nice to be able to bypass itemized deductions up front if you know you won't have enough to itemize without all the questions about did you pay a mortgage and own a home. The one thing that took me from excellent to good is the $40 processing fee to have the state fee deducted from the federal refund. Before I realized it, I had been hitting continue and agree and didn't realize you were charging such an exorbitant fee just to process this! Once I hit transmit, it was too late. That fee is ridiculous, I'll never make that mistake again. It is the one black mark to your product rating.

A very functional and workable program

All went well until wanted to print my state return. After e-File of Fed taxes, it is very awkward to return to state and finish.

This program is easy to use

Overall, it is a simple program and walks you through each step. My only problem with it came when I had to enter my 1095 info. It lead you through the 1095 A, but I have a 1095 B. When I backed out of the "A" form, it went on with the next step and never allowed me to go back to enter info from my "B" form.
