Been using for years but too expensive

Its weird how expensive this software is for what you get. Plus they are constantly asking for more throughout. Sign up for this, sign up for that. I was audited several years in a row and have had addition errors on TT's end not mine. After years of fighting it, we didn't have to pay but just the stress it caused. I feel like I get more back with TT but still don't like to pay even more for efiling for state tax. Just ok, especially now that we can't deduct much.

It seems to get stuck after going back to a topic and having to re-enter information.I hit the continue button and it sometimes won't do anything. There are problems therefore I am beginning not to trust it after using it for years.
