Love using TurboTax!

TurboTax literally guided me through everything! There were more in depth questions than in year's past. This will help me this year to keep and collect more detailed records to be ready for next year.

Turbo Tax is convenient

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. However, in February 2021 I was notified by IRS that the Efile return for 2019 has not been received. Since then it is a nightmare trying to contact IRS. On February 28th a special delivery, return receipt was sent to IRS with complete return. I have the tracking numbere. On April 5th I was notified I did not file my 2019. Is this Turbo Tax fault?

Return rejected because of "duplicate 1099Rs"

Turbo tax was little help when the IRS mistakenly rejected my return because of "duplicate 1099Rs". I had 3 1099Rs from the same company, but different account numbers, for the exact same amount. There is no place to enter account numbers for 1099Rs. In addition is was difficult to find the phone number to talk with an actual person. Once I talked with a person I was told that my only option was to submit my return by mail. I've had the same multiple 1099Rs in the past and this is the first time they have been rejected by the IRS
