No known way to "engage" with a Turbo Tax "live expert." Wish that would be so... We are among several people who have had their returns rejected because of a claim that 1099-R's on the form were duplicated when filling in the requested data. That's nonsense and I assume Turbo Tax and The IRS will be finger pointing at each other.

Turbo Tax saved me again in 2021.

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and every year I miss something...but a screen comes up to remind me. Saves me a lot of headaches. Thanks for a great product.

Could not e-file my federal return or print

I have used Turbo tax at least 20 years. I tried to e-file my federal return. It kept asking me ambiguous questions about about worksheets. I spent an hour trying to figure out what it wanted. Gave up. I tried to print for mailing. I answered the questions and the only option it gave me was to print 83 pages.
I would work on my return a little at a time. Each time I opened the program I had to check for updates. A timely process on my internet to download 250MB and wait for the updating process. In the past I was always given the option to Update Later. You should strive to make Turbo Tax easier to use. Not more difficult. I will explore other options next year.
