struggling

I have had more trouble this year with the software than any of the other years and have used turbo tax for the last 20 years to file our taxes. The software keeps giving me an error message and some of the forms are still not available so I am delayed in being able to file early.

Turbotax is adaquit

The Federal is very good But the Utah has had a bug for years. When I down load my dividends and interest, the down load works well but I get an error from the state saying that the tax id is not 14 characters long even though it is. therefore I can't do the online filing.
