Great Product! I've used for years!! Never had any issues. The only thing I find confusing is the confusion on which product you are signing into & where to find the downloads for the year. I normally have to call & get them to walk me through this! Consider simplifying this process!!

Convenient and intuitive but lacking polish.

I've been a user for over 10+ years. One of the advantages of using TT year after year is the import capability of previous years filings.
Once again, they hid the import functionality and left it up to the user to search for and read a help file on how to do something that should have been automatically done. Simultaneously that same imported data (once you get it there) is not utilized to its fullest capability and you find yourself repetitively typing information that should have easily just been confirmed from the previous years filing.

If you folks are going to help by automating, then help. Otherwise, what's the point in purchasing (at a premium) tax software, from you, that is readily available elsewhere for far cheaper or free. For 2021, distinguish yourselves.
2020 was not a good year for Intuit for their TurboTax product.
