Fast and easy

Turbo tax was fast asked all the right information and checked all of it for consistence and accuracy. Best part is if you have a question you can get an answer directly from their help online or their FAQ

Does not answer all question a person has when owning an Rv......Sorry so deductions for that come hard to find!!!!!!!!

Turbo stinks this year

This year with the major problems when downloading new changes most frustrating that I almost had to go with H&R.

I have been using Turbotax since before 2000. Turbotax checks last years return and brings up the forms you might need this year. When entering information Turbotax automatically populates all fields where that information is needed. Turbotax makes tax season easy.

Very little help with two state filings

Since we move in 2020 we had to file two state returns. The application did not carry forward any information from state to state or at a minimum, tell us where to find it when comparing state to state.

TurboTax is great but incomplete.

I love to use TurboTax, but sometimes it's incomplete. For instance, I e-filed my 2019 tax return but when I go into the program, it shows I successfully e-filed and my return was accepted, but it doesn't show the DATE that I e-filed. Because I was using e-filing, I neglected to sign and date the printed copy of my tax forms. But now IRS wants me to send a signed and dated copy, but the TurboTax program doesn't give me a date stamp to know exact time/date it was e-filed. It would be very helpful to have that information immediately available within the program itself, just for record keeping purposes.
