Tried the online version one year, didn't like it, old codgers don't like change....
Likely qualify for the free file, but I never got anything free that didn't have strings...

IL E-Filing

It's ridiculous that I cannot e-file my IL state return because the tax withheld is 20% or more of the income. I would think that a tax preparation company would realize situations where this could be normal. Give an option to override.

A great product!

Turbo Tax makes a very complicated process easy. I use to pay hundreds of dollars to get my taxes done before trying Turbo Tax. It is an excellent value! Plus I don't have to hand over personal information to a stranger which is another great benefit. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Turbotax charged you to file state!

I cannot believe I paid almost $90 for the tax CD to only be charged another $25 to file my state tax!
What a rip-off! Will never buy this program again.
