Never had any issues

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 30 years as a Diesel Mechanic working for the man, then became a independent starting my on businesses where I started using tax exempt buying product, traveling from one job to another job using mileage and gas, uniforms, tools etc. Saved me a lot of money and worries. I owned a home helped with the taxes. I am now retired sold the home moved from California to Kentucky now living the easy life.

The program has some errors

My last computer was a windows 7 and it crashed so I lost all of my 2019 files and I could not get any of last years data. I had to start from the beginning. I filed estimates with the IRS which Turbotax did not ask me about which means I won't get a refund.
Also, they keep asking me to do my state taxes. Florida does have personal income tax.

intuitive and fairly easy to use

Had a couple of issues with retirement accounts and some updates due to coved that needed to be completed but overall I was very satisfied with the program. It is easy to use especially if your return is "fairly simple" the only upgrade would be if it had a few more intelligent questions on deductions - there is no point of much of it if you know your not going to get above the standard deduction

We had to do 2 returns and it was nice not to have to get 2 copies of Turbo Tax.

turbo tax review

First time using and it was a little confusing - but made it through. Somehow my return was not saved and I had to re-enter my information. Support could not find the return or explain how this happened.

Turbo Tax purchase and Filing

I have never had any issues with Turbo Taxes and have used it for years.This year when i get to the end of my returns to file it asks me for my payment information even though i have already paid for it and provided the key code included in my package. what is wrong with this particular package. Not HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS.
