HSA data entry was extrememly confusing and innacu

The HSA data entry was extremely confusing and inaccurately reported on the forms.
I had to manually change the numbers to make it come out right.
Also investment income from a real-estate trust (REIT) reported on a 1099-misc was so convoluted that it wasn't funny a complete pain in the butt. And I had to fudge this entry as well to make it come out right.

Excellent product only encountered one error

Everything worked very well and was able to complete quickly the only problem was very minor but it gave a laugh.... being an accountant, I enjoyed the error in logic... the logic in my HSA / and insurance coverage for my spouse... a bit of error circular logic there... were you cover all year (yes), were you covered on December 1 for the month (yes), why was there a break in coverage and you were not covered? Ouch... got me there, good thing I am an accountant... I was covered all year by the same employer in a family coverage high deductible plan and yet my wife was not covered all year....darn those high deductibles.

User Friendly, but Terrible QA Testing

Overall, the software is very user friendly with the guided questions on the UI. But the fact that I couldn't register the product or e-file my return without changing the resolution down to 1024x768 is unacceptable. It shows extremely poor testing to put out a product that is incompatible with newer, higher resolution monitors. It's even more frustrating that after having thousands of users report this issue, Intuit has failed to provide a fix for this problem. After more than a decade of using this product, it might be time to move on. This year's product was disappointing.

Had to use the free filing because I cant download another paid deluxe software onto the same laptop! My daughter used my laptop for her filing, I couldn't do mine in the same laptop. Wasted money on a deluxe program, Frustrating!
