TurboTax Is the Best

TurboTax id the best and only tax prep software I use. The step-by-step walk through and explanations make completing my taxes straight forward and (almost) simple. TurboTax insures I have all my documentation and makes sure my tax prep is complete and accurate.

Turbotax comes through again!

I was a little concerned that our taxes this year would be more challenging to file because of some Cares Act money we withdrew from our retirement account. Turbotax had all of the updated tax information loaded and ready to go! They asked all of the pertinent questions related to the changes and we even got a small refund on our state return.

Superior customer service

After years of using Turbo Tax I had an issue with updating a CD version before submitting my return. The fixes online and the patch did not correct my issue. After a conversation with customer service she gave me access to a downloaded version. Much to my surprise I did not have to reenter all the information. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME and seamless help. See you in tax season 2021.

turbo tax has shown its self to be easy to use and makes difficult sections easy to understand and gives the user confidence in filling their taxes period.
