Not real happy with turbo tax this year

I could not download turbo tax from the the purchace e-mail that was sent to me. No live support agent just a computer that would not allow me to speak to a live agent. I had to go thru several browsers for turbo tax to get to the download page. I had to go thru my credit card statements to find the order number to download turbo tax. All in all about 2 hours of my day was wasted just downloading turbo tax. After all of that when filing my return I had to re-enter all of my account info to pay for the state return, when all of that info was on file. you need to make it easier to get live support-- live support gets questions answered a lot faster. Computerized support sucks big time!

needs improvements

I disliked waiting for UPDATES every time I turned it on...and this was over a 3 month periods. Just how many changes is the IRS making to the tax laws on 4/1?
I also was surprised I had to pay $25 more to efile my Missouri return. I thought that the purchase of the software included that. Perhaps your advertising should include that detail.
