Everything was great until it was time to transmit, which it wouldn't do because there was an update. Getting the update was extremely difficult.

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file your taxes. It is also helpful for when you've made an error and need to fix.

forced to give a review to exit.
had an awful time getting it to activate because scaling has to be no higher than 100 percent. like to never found out that info.

TruboTax does not help with rejected returns

I had my tax return rejected and the program stated that it would help. But it didn't. Instead of taking me to where the issue needed to be resolved, it gave a message and when I pressed continue it to me back to the screen I was on instead of taking to where I needed to go to fix the issue.
