Worst experience ever!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years. I won't use it again. I wanted to download the program and use it from my computer like I always have. I did not want to be asked and answer questions on line nor did I want to talk to anyone. I never was able to just download the program and ended up ordering the Disk to install on my computer. Had to wait on that. Then when I wanted to complete my partially completed return an update corrupted the files and would not load or complete the update. I had to uninstall Turbo Tax then re-install from the CD and re download the updates. Not everyone wants to go through the "friendly Q&A" method. This is my last time to use TurboTax

Very disappointed in Turbo Tax this year

No inclusion of my Maryland form 500CR business credit for energy storage equipment. Now I have to fill out this form by hand and change my tax return. What good is software if it doesn't cover all the bases. Very, Very disappointed and would make sure to tell everyone I know you product doesn't completely support maryland tax accounts. BUt, I know this means nothing you and won't end up as anything more then maybe a blip of some management powder puff slide. Your product costs too much for too little service!!!

TurboTax is very good

In previous TurboTax versions you had a bar showing the progress the installation process was making. Now your not sure if the program is still installing, stalled or just working correctly. Recommend that you continue the installation progress bar
