Have been a TurboTax user for decades. Appreciate the improvements made over time--feel that some of the information should be accessible from previous year's tax return particularly in circumstances that the previous year's information was NOT imported.

I was surprised that they were prepared for not withdrawing RMD.
Every year the LTC insurance form is buried. I spend more time looking for it than it takes to fill it out.

I had several problems including having lost all my work after completion due to answering the "pop up" asking me if I wanted to check for updates. I did not find it user friendly.

What a great product

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, it makes filing your own taxes so easy. I tried another tax software product a few years back, was not as user friendly as Turbo. wouldn't buy anything else.
