Turbo Tax is user friendly. I like that you can click on specific areas and the deductible or credit has an explanation.

Turbo Tax help not helpful to avoid problems

A turbo tax help topic said the IRS Identity protection PIN is no longer required, but my return was rejected without it.
Also had difficulty finding how to apply my 2020 federal refund to 2021 estimated taxes. Search for "1040 line 36" and "apply refund to estimated tax" did not provide help on how to change that number, and I had to call Turbo Tax for help. This should be an automatic prompt if receiving a refund.
I also have no way to not generate the estimated tax payment coupons or override the calculated amount for estimated tax payments. I know how much tax my 2021 return is likely to require and would prefer to enter my own tax payments.
