I ADORE Turbo Tax

Easy, Accurate, and reassuring. I typically prefer a face to face visit when filing my taxes. However, over the past three years, I have utilized TurboTax, and I could not be more pleased. This is like having someone right beside you the entire time. I wish all other online processes were as user friendly and simple. The cost is well below the actual value. 10 STARS

Turbotax did not save my filling

I filed my 2019 taxes, and now I can't find my tax form on the Tubotax site. My, (Judy Liggins), taxes did not go through. My son Justin Liggins did go through.

I have been unable to print a copy of my 2019 Federal return. I need it to file an amended
return to the State. The Turbo Tax Deluxe did not delete my social security so I had to pay
the state additional money. They have requested a copy of my federal return/.

I've used TurboTax almost every year and I've never had a problem. They walk you through everything which is super helpful for numbers illiterate people like me for whom paperwork is often overwhelming.
