Turbo Tax gets the job done.

Deluxe Used to be Better

Deluxe edition used to come with one free state. You now have to buy the premier for that. I don't need anything else on the premier, so I did not like that at all this year. Will make sure to read the box more carefully next year and perhaps just use another service. Not as cost effective as it used to be with this 'wonderful' change.

Reliable and user-friendly

Clear and concise instructions with convenient importing features. Great FAQ links on most questions. Only minor setback was that I was unable to find my AGI on Turbotax's website after logging in. Following the given instructions I was unable to find or search for the "your tax returns and documents". I had to go log in at the IRS website to find that information. Although this may be due to my using the Windows 7 version of Turbotax last year and it not being imported.
