This year you dropped the ball!

I've used Turbo Tax since 1999 and every year it has been a great experience but this year was not good as there were not many windows to read and several times I had to stop and google to try to find explanations then go back to find where I had made a mistake. This year was terrible and if it were my first year it would have been my last! I will try one more year but if next year is as confusing I will change.

Turbo tax is great - need more help options

Turbo Tax is pretty user friendly but I find the help options not so great. I received a couple tax forms that no where in Turbo Tax did it ask for them, or explain what to do with them. I had to google the form to find out what to do with them.

Great job, Turbo Tax!

I thought it was going to be a long and painful process to do my taxes this year, since I was starting with a new computer and only spotty data access from past forms. But things went fairly smoothly and I was through in 4 hours!

Program Works well

I follow the step by step method and it works well. My only complaint is with the pricing. It seems ridiculous to me that they do not include the cost of filing one state return with the price of the package.

Easy to use. Always up to date. Accurate returns. Importing data is very convenient (as long as you keep good records)
