Turbo Tax is the easiest tax return I've ever used. We have been using it now for about four years. It's seems they make it easier to use every year.

Easy to use. Great and easy however taking 1/3 of my return through "fees" is essentially theft. I hope that your children go bankrupt through hedgefund bets against R/Wallstreet bets. That'll help me sleep good at night as you took my much needed money as the government subsidizes your industry. You are effective but immoral people.

Turbo Tax was so easy. Even though I have a degree in economics, tax law is not my specialty. I have 100 percent confidence that Turbo Tax has filed my taxes correctly.

Glitches in 30 Jan 2020 Update, Otherwise Good

For example: TTax wanted to confirm if Standard Deduction was taken last year, and asked what the 2019 SD amount was. The amount TTax gave to compare with was wrong. Also, during Tax review, it wanted verification of State ID number for a 1099G form. The box number they provided to be checked on 1099G was incorrect. So it appears that some of their data, and form formats don't sync up. In general though, TTax does work rather well and has been doing a great job for the many years I've used it. I guess this year with COVID, some minor issues slipped through?
