Bad functionality with newer computers

Everytime there was a pop-up, I had to change my resolution to very low to see anything. This started on the product registration page and continued with downloading the state taxes and making a payment. In order to see any changes, I had to keep switching. Its two stars because it got us more than the free version. We also purchased the Federal and State plan but it still made us pay an extra $25 to file for state. We couldn't figure out if this was correct or not because the "help" system didnt work while we were changing our screen resolution. Ended up paying $75 dollars in total for this pain in the butt.

Turbo Tax Makes Tax Filing Easy

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for at least 10 years and find it very easy to navigate. It always seems to get me the largest refund, as it always tells me everything that I can deduct.

E-Filing Made Easy

I helped my sister who bought TurboTax Deluxe CD file her taxes this year using the software she bought. As a practicing CPA who has his own E-File Authorization with the IRS, I found TurboTax extremely easy to use and I assume a total novice would have approximately the same experience
